Fred Trueman
Fred Trueman played 603 matches in First Class cricket taking 2304 wickets at an economy of 2.53. He took 307 Test wickets from 67 matches. He bowled with an economy of 2.61 and maintained an average of 21.57. He has 17 five-wicket hauls and three 10-wicket hauls. He was one of the best Yorkshire cricketers to have played for England.
Sir Len Hutton
Len Hutton amassed 40140 runs in First Class cricket in 513 matches. He went on to score 129 hundreds in that format of the game. In his Test career he played 79 matches scoring 6971 runs at an average of 56.67. He made 19 Test centuries and 33 half-centuries.
Herbert Sutcliffe
Herbert Sutcliffe played 754 First Class matches and clubbed 50670 runs in his first class cricketing career. He batted at an average of 52.02. He accumulated 151 centuries and 230 fifties. In the Test format, he played 54 matches and gathered a total of 4555 runs averaging at 60.73. He got 16 hundreds and 23 fifties in his Test career.
George Hirst
George Hirst scored a total of 36356 runs in First Class Cricket having played 826 matches. He maintained an average of 34.13 with 60 hundreds and 201 fifties. Hirst played 24 Test matches scoring 790 runs at an average of 22.57.
Geoff Boycott
Featured in 609 First Class Cricket matches. He scored 48426 runs in those matches at an average of 56.83. He made 151 hundreds and 238 fifties in his first class career. He played in 108 matches in his Test career, amassing 8114 runs at an average of 47.72. He made 22 Test centuries and 42 half centuries. Boycott appeared in 36 ODI matches and scored 1082 runs in his One Day career at an average of 36.06. He smashed one ODI hundred and 9 fifties.
