The Bharat Sanatan Premier League (SPL) has been launched with this vision, using cricket as a powerful medium to blend tradition, discipline, and social responsibility.
More than just a sporting event, SPL is designed to encourage physical fitness, mental strength, and strong character among youth, while also reminding them of the importance of values and community service.
Bharat Sanatan Premier League 2026 to Take Place in Indore
The Bharat Sanatan Premier League 2026 will be held in Indore from March 13 to March 15. SANATAN CRICKET CLUB LLP is organising the three-day national-level tournament and is being presented as a National Pride Cricket Tournament.
The event will be conducted under the patronage of Shri Devkinandan Thakur Ji Maharaj, whose guidance is expected to inspire young players to follow a disciplined, value-driven path both on and off the field.
Honouring India’s Heroes Through Team Identities
A total of eight teams from different parts of the country will compete in SPL 2026. Each team has been named after legendary Indian leaders and warriors, with the aim of inspiring players through stories of courage, sacrifice, and patriotism.
The participating teams include:
Chhatrapati Shivaji Warriors representing Maharashtra
Subhash Chandra Bose Freedom XI from West Bengal
Sardar Bhagat Singh Brigade from Punjab
Rani Lakshmibai Strikers from Uttar Pradesh
Ahilya Mata Guardians representing Madhya Pradesh
Samrat Ashok Lions from Delhi
Chandrashekhar Azad Sena from Uttarakhand
Maharana Pratap Ranbankure, representing Rajasthan
Tournament Format and Match Experience
SPL will be played in the fast-paced T10 format, with a total of 15 matches scheduled across the tournament. All games will be conducted as day-night fixtures to create an exciting experience for players and spectators alike.
Ahead of the final, a special friendly match will also be organised, symbolising unity, harmony, and true sportsmanship.
Player Trials Across the Country
To identify young talent, SPL 2026 trials will begin on February 2, 2026, and will be conducted in eight cities across India. These include Navi Mumbai, Kolkata, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Indore, Noida, Dehradun, and Jaipur. Players selected from these trials will go on to represent their respective teams in the league.
Rewards and Recognition for Performance
The tournament offers significant incentives for players. The winning team will receive a prize money of 31 lakh rupees, while the runners-up will take home 15 lakh rupees.
Individual excellence will also be rewarded, with the Man of the Series receiving a car, and each Man of the Match award carrying a cash prize of 21,000 rupees.

At its core, the Bharat Sanatan Premier League aims to build discipline, teamwork, and positive thinking among youth. By encouraging healthy competition and structured sport, the league seeks to keep young people away from harmful habits and guide them toward a balanced and meaningful lifestyle.

All funds generated through sponsorships and partnerships will be directed toward social causes. These include disaster relief efforts, educational support for underprivileged children, medical assistance for families in need, support for acid attack survivors, and help with the marriages of economically weaker daughters.
The initiative also includes provisions to assist families facing serious illnesses, ensuring that the league contributes directly to social upliftment.

SPL actively aligns with national movements such as Fit India and Khelo India, promoting fitness, teamwork, and sports culture at the grassroots level.

The Bharat Sanatan Premier League 2026 is being organised under SANATAN CRICKET CLUB LLP, founded by Vijay Sharma, with Dev Joshi and Anand Mishra as co-founders. Shri Devkinandan Thakur Ji Maharaj serves as the chief patron of the league, providing spiritual guidance and vision to the initiative.
Through cricket, culture, and compassion, SPL aims to become more than a tournament, positioning itself as a movement focused on shaping a stronger and more value-driven generation.
