South Africa, batting first, scored the highest score of the tournament. Africa scored 166 runs for the loss of five wickets in 20 overs. The openers added 64 runs for the first wicket. Laura Wolvaardt scored 40 runs off 27 balls. Anneke Bosch could not do anything special. After this, Brits and Marizanne Kapp gave momentum to the team.
